What I think about the school uniforms

I think that school uniforms are really stupid, because they tell you what to wear. It’s our own decision. If you don’t want to wear them, you don’t need too! In some schools you get punishment if you don’t have uniform. I think that’s not right. Some kids don’t have money to buy them. In my school we have uniforms and I don't like them. Our principals are really mad if we don’t wear them. That is not fair! Like I said there are kids that can’t afford uniforms, but some students have clothes that are more expensive, than the uniforms. Teachers say that they give us uniforms because it doesn’t show how much money we are spending on clothes and if every student wears a uniform, all the kids will be the same and they are not going to show how much they spend on clothes. That is the only reason I like uniforms, but they are actually very expensive (in my school). The only option in my school is to wear a red, white or grey uniform. And you must wear dark blue or black trousers, jeans and so on. Everyone has their opinion and everyone should wear what they want. The only clothes that I don’t like to wear at school: crop tops and shorts. Yes, I said I don’t like uniform, but these kind of clothes are not good for school, you can get expelled from school. I like to wear clothes that are comfortable for me. I will not dress as they tell me. I will wear what I want and I won’t listen to them. Listen to yourself, not to the others.
