Top 3 Best K-dramas for you

True Beauty

“True Beauty” is one of the most popular high school Korean dramas right now. It’s about an ordinary 18-year-old high school girl named Im Jukyung, who became a great makeup maker to overcome her low self-esteem caused by bullying. She became a “goddess” after her glow-up, despite her constant fear of her bare face being revealed. Aside from the compelling storyline, this series is blessed with eye candy leads—Moon Ga-young, Cha Eun-woo, and the center of everyone’s second lead syndrome, Hwang In-yeop. Did you know? “True Beauty” has a lot of filming locations that are worth the trip such as Yonsei University in Seoul and Comcom Oraksil, the retro game arcade in Ikseondong where the characters went to play. But one that really stood out is Seolri Skywalk that overlooks the stunning coastal views of Namhae, where the two leads went for a fun date in episode 14.

F4 Thailand

Gorya (Tu) is a typical high school girl who works part-time at a flower shop with her best friend Kaning (Prim) to support her family's impoverished situation. Her life is simple and regular, until she passes the entrance exam of a prestigious, crazy expensive high school, turning her into the family's only hope out of poverty. The School is famous for notorious senior's F4: Thyme (Bright) the group's leader, Ren (Dew), Kavin (Win), and MJ (Nani), four handsome boys heirs to the country's richest billionaires. They sparkle with looks, influences and are the biggest bullies. They display aggressive actions of giving "Red Card" to anybody they don't like. Nobody dares stop or face them. Gorya despises this artificial lifestyle of theirs. And in fact, that was the only series that I was crying at.
